timesink

Anything which takes up a lot of your time. I can be homework, a diy project, a tv show, or even a ridiculously long nap. It can be enjoyable, or even productive, but it requiers sinking a lot of time into it... therefore timesink.

I decided to start baking my own bread... didn't realise it was such a timesink.

Mad Men is great, but it is such a timesink.

Bullet-Timeitis

The act of thinking that you can pull off insane shots with firearms while in midair after play Max Payne for an extended amount of time.

Yesterday after completing Max Payne 3 on hardcore I began to jump onto my couch sideways and act as if I was dual wielding pistols, I must have had a severe case of Bullet-Timeitis.

Timeist

A person who shows or feels discrimination or prejudice against people of other daily schedules, or who believes that a particular daily schedule is superior to another. The behaviour is likely to occur when an "early bird" and a "night owl" are supposed to cooperate with each other.

- Let's schedule the meeting at 7 am.
- What? In the middle of the night? You timeist bastard!

- It's past 20:00. They have already closed the park.
- That's timeist! The evening has just started. Where are we supposed to go now?
