Ticket System Balls (TSB) are what people grow when their IT group installs a ticketing system. It takes some of the human element out of the transaction, so people become emboldened. See also e-balls

Before ticket system balls: "Hey guys, we think there might be a problem with devtools, can you help us out? Thanks, we love you."

After ticket system balls: "3 people have looked at this. The system time is fine. We think it's a cruise thing. But it happened RIGHT after devtools was rebuilt after the swirley incident. (see Red Swirley). I've given up on suggesting anything. You guys always yell at us for doing that. I am here to point out issues. You are here to resolve issues."

When you would have gotten a speeding ticket, had it not been for being stuck behind someone going slow.

I was late and road raging so bad until we passed the speed trap, then I was glad to be stuck behind that jerk driving so damn slow, he was my ticket savior.
