Get the strug citymug. a non verbal behavior exhibited on days when the struggle is real and ones brain is having extensive difficulty addressing or solving a given situation. The strug-shrug is a differentiated from a normal shrug by a lackadaisical shoulder movement up then down, often accompanied by a blank or confused stare.
