Phrase used after something completely obvious is stated, usually to provoke someone.

Gary: "Did you guys know that the Alphabet Song and Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star have the same tune?!"

Stef: "Derp der on the der der!"

DJ: "Gary, sometimes I wonder why I hang out with you."
