Swarthy

A male who is both darker skinned(in a mediterranean persuasion) and sexually aggressive. Its also a derogatory description that includes both a physical description, and a perceived way of how a race acts.

That Italian guy, is quite swarthy.

Mentally Swarthy

Indicates a fucked up person. Means, that someone's brain is so black and swarthy (almost burned) that cant even process simple pieces of information.

Dude, you are so mentally swarthy, that cant even understand the difference between a cucumber and a cockcumber !
