In recent years businesses are increasingly trying to switch business models towards recurring revenue, even if precedence indicates that specific business models would be paid as a one-off or usage-based over time. As opposed to a month on month basis.
"Subscribtionize" or "subscribtionise" is the verb used to describe a business factor that could/should/would be turning into a subscription-based model to increase the viability of a business model.

Statement: Our graphics department is turning into a sweatshop. We should consider subscriptionizing it so that clients pay $499/month, instead of paying pr delivery. This will increase our MMR and will lock clients in the long term.
