STL

Short for 'Soul translator'. It is a (fictional) device which can read human consciousness or so called 'soul' which is the light within microtubules. (Fluctlight)
It is a next-generation full-dive machine, which instead of sending images and signals and receieving them from the human brain, it connects directly to the human consciousness and allows the user to connect to the Underworld, a simulation of a civilization/world in which artificial fluctlights live.
The world isn't made from polygons but the STL manipulates short-term memory which makes the Underworld indistinguishable from the real world.
Artificial fluctlights are stored within the LightCube cluster. There's more than 100,000 of them. Each lightcube has the size of a fist, and it is a small quantum computer which can store human consciousness/fluctlight and an artificial fluctlight.
