Stagflation

An economic environment of low, near-zero inflation.

Wow, unemployment isn't necessarily high and I inflation is super low; I would describe this as an example of stagflation.

Stagulate

To take entirely too long to accomplish a task.

We'd already be drunk as a skunk if you wouldn't stagulate so much pouring these shots.
