Frat dude word for "best friend"
After Brett Kavanaugh's crying to the committee over his tender memories of Squi, Tobin, et al.
Likely meant facetiously but will shortly, and nauseatingly, lose its irony as dudes and bros already lack insight into the boorish nature of their "bonds" to one another.

Coined in the early 21st century, "squiz" is believed to derive from a playful blend of "squiz" (a slang variant of "squint," used to denote a quick look or glance in Australian and New Zealand English) and "quiz," suggesting a peculiar or puzzling quality. The word was initially popularized in online forums and quickly adopted in casual speech due to its lively sound and the ease with which it encapsulates the idea of something being whimsically odd or bizarre.
