Sprunken

The combination of being spunky and simultaneously drunk. It implies a person who is gregarious, cheerful and positive with a slight disposition of peaceful quirkiness. Being drunk is not necessarily a requirement as a sprunken feelin' can manifest at any moment.

Stepping outside, the cool, calm breeze and bright blue sky made Phoebe feel undeniably sprunken.
