Bay area street name for a Pat Huskins. A blunt laced with meth. The name gets it's inspiration from former San Jose Sharks player Kent Huskins and Washington DC news reporter Pat Collins. Pat collins is overly dramatic and Kent Huskins always appears to be sleepy.
