Skwanky

Someone who thinks they are very posh, elegant or swank, but in reality they are totally skanky. These include, but are not limited to people that dress head to toe in designer clothing with the label or logo emblazoned on every square inch of their body, women that insist on wearing high heels even though they stomp around like horses, men who bathe in cologne and wear too much jewelry, anyone with a dog breed that has teacup as a prefix (usually carried around in a hideous bag made especially for it with logo of choice), people that think just because you spent a lot of money on it's classy, et cetera.

What is she thinking with those extensions and that dress?!

I have no idea, but she's totally skwanky.

Shwarkey is an adjective that can be used to describe anything that is cool, neat, or swaggy. If someone is shwarkey then they are fun to be around and they have cool and chill personalities. People could also say that's such a shwarkey move implying that what was done was one of the most amazing feats they have witnessed.
