an extreme fixation that others regard as sick, nasty, disgusting, probably will wind you up in a mental institution

Usually a teenage girl has a sicksation type reaction to a boy band. (i.e. posters on their bedroom wall, coupled with intimate knowledge of band members dietary preference, pets named after band members, several weeks worth of band nostalgic clothing)

Sick-a-Thard

Another word for sick ; as in something that is nice, cool, hot etc.

"Sick" is the original word. When adding "athard" to the word it give it more emphasis.
