To be agreeable to all tasks present, while performing none of these commitments. To schedule meetings with the entire team, while 'forgetting' to come into work. To have all the presentation of a dedicated diligent teammate, with none of the substance.

- Randy was sheniqueing all the way to his last day, after he let the boss know that he is leaving.

- He hasn't touched any of the tasks he has committed to at the beginning of this week, he is totally sheniqueing it.
