Depending on where you’ve heard this, it can mean different things. I’m sure you’ve heard the more common ones already and don’t need another copy of the same thing so I’ll give you a different correct definition of it.
In Witch’s Heart, SCP is used to stand for ‘Shortcake Project’. This is where Ashe Bradley and Claire Elford work together to find the Witch’s Heart in order to grant Claire’s wish, which including getting shortcake.

The SCP foundation, they are supposed to contain anomaly’s but most of the anomaly’s are widely known and simped over, yes even the peanut statue is included in that.

1. SCP stands for Snap, Crackle, and Pop, a delicious snack that I always eat for a while and spit out in a second and throw it into a trash clan without exemption.

It uses a high budget for creating this facility and get low wage after begin hired, there are many people who actually think that an "employee only door" must have a Gate to enter a real SCP Containment Facility, such a poor boy.
