relaxation dump

The action of moving a bowel to reduce stress or otherwise boost moral prior to a big test or exam.

Subsequent to taking a relaxation dump I feel more prepared and can better focus on the task at hand.

Australian Relay

A race where two teams start from opposite ends of a 25 yard pool, and try to catch the other team. A team wins when they have successfully caught up to the opposing team. This form of relay is grueling and generally takes a while.

Man we just finished an Australian Relay at swim practice and I am exhausted!!
