Questiant

A questiant is a sentence that both makes a statement and asks a question. It is a derivative of the valley accent, the difference is that the individual uses a normal american accent until the end of their sentence; until they add a higher tone to the last word/last few words of their sentence, making it sound like a question. It is most often used by college students, gamers, and a good portion of the pop-culture following.

Normal dialect: Hello, what is your name?
Questiant: Hello? my name is Sarah?

questioning and curious of things related to sexual relations, innocent of sorts

Dude: What's a vagina?
Girl: ... You're so quescent.

Girl: What's morning wood?
Dude: Wow, you don't know? You're so quescent.

Girl 1: What does lesbian mean?
Girl 2: It's when a girl likes another girl sexually.
Girl 1: What's sexually mean?
Girl 2: You are way too quescent to be 22.

Queatment

The direct mix between a question and a statement. Like "I hate you" but with a question mark (see the example below).

"I hate you?" This is a queatment.

Questmandment

A statement, politely worded as a question, that conveys a clear command. Typically used in email to a lazyass peer or colleague you require something from, and hence are forced to be nice to. It’s effective use not only prevents bitching and whining that they don’t answer to you (aka the “you’re-not-the-boss-of-me” effect) but forces them to get off their ass and actually do their job without looking like a total bastard. (Note: Best used when the email includes a cc to the lazyass’s manager.)

Questmandment (used in email):

Kelly, we have a Production line down because they don’t have the metallic labels I asked you about last week. Would it be possible for you to get these added to our floorstock ASAP.
