Is a person that isn't a real club promoter but enjoys facebook inviting his friends to events for local parties at clubs or houses. He uses facebook because he or she is to poor to pay flyers and radio like a real promoter would do. This person is probably unemployed and thinks that doing this will make him big but really its just a hobbie.
