The vaginal lips of an African-American woman. Purple, describing the color of their genital, and plapper, referring to the 'plap' noise that is made by their labias abruptly smacking together. ('plap' noise usually made during intercourse)

To believe anything you are told when it comes to chatting up a member of the opposite sex. 'Plapperts' are stupid, oblivious and will do whatever you tell them to. They think they are talking dirty but really they're just talking a load of funny shit and it gives everyone around them a good laugh.
