The resulting manscape when the pubes are trimmed in the shape of a mustache, just above the penis. The word is a mix of the spanish words pinga (dick) and bigote (mustache), thus "pingote".

Can also refer to the act of going balls deep on a girl, and thus placing the pingote on her upper lip, and "giving her a pingote"
