pingote 

The resulting manscape when the pubes are trimmed in the shape of a mustache, just above the penis. The word is a mix of the spanish words pinga (dick) and bigote (mustache), thus "pingote".

Can also refer to the act of going balls deep on a girl, and thus placing the pingote on her upper lip, and "giving her a pingote"

Alex shaved everything but a handlebar mustache shaped strip above his dong. He's been showing everyone his pingote.

After shaving that shit into the handlebar shape, he promptly went balls deep on Renee, and gave her a pingote.
