He (or she) is that one oboist who doesn't quite fit in with the rest of the oboe section in your orchestra. A blond oboist is louder, more popular, and more extroverted than your average oboist. They're also the most attractive oboe in their section, and usually have a small fan base within their orchestra by the end of the first rehearsal.
