Nutellabetes is what you get as a result of eating too much Nutella. As we all know, Nutella is very addicting, and this addiction can become a problem, with the consequences of getting Nutellabetes. When you are diagnosed with Nutellabetes, your blood type becomes Nutella and you sweat Hazelnut. There is no known cure for the disease, and the only way to prevent it is to put the damn Nutella jar down.
