A term used throughout the Cascadian region to denote someone as having an inferior intellect and proclaiming that their reproductive organs are larger than that of the person they are attacking.

Similar to Inferior or Emasculate .

Nene Kusanagi is a character from the mobile rhythm game Hatsune Miku: Colorful Stage!/ Project Sekai: Colorful Stage! ft. Hatsune Miku. She is a member of a preforming troupe, Wonderlands x Showtime, one of the groups in-game. She also has a silly little girlfriend, Emu Otori, who is also a part of Wonderlands x Showtime.

Neener-neener

A childish taunt or jeer pronounced with a nasal sneer, for lack of a more intelligent retort to someone else's jeer or taunt, usually from a peer. Sometimes sung to the tune of "Ring-Around-the-Rosy" for really driving the point home.

My definition is better than all the other stupid definitions listed here - neener neener.
