A combination of the word Nigger and utopia.

An imaginary place where niggers want to live (or perhaps one day dream to go to)

Nigga 3: "Sounds like you guys needs to visit nigrotopia; a place where all the rich whiteys (=rich white people) live, you can steal tv's and stuff mea; nigrotopia is tha place to be!"

Granny nigger:"What tha fuck are you all doing here! Gaa(=God) wills fucking send you to fuck hell, shit whits! Nigrotopia is in heaven where Gaa is, now repent o' die, nigga! Gaa aint liking yo do that shii hea, y'all hea me?!

When is negrotiation useful?

2) a location populated by boring, introverted types who are particularly unappealing to associate with...

3) A college or university that specializes in science and technology courses.
