Neologian

A neologian is a person who coins, creates, or crafts new words.

A neologian is a creator of neologisms (i.e. new words).

When existing words are insufficient to the task of adequately expressing an idea or require clumsy combinations of words, a neologian will craft a new or replacement word, most often by relying on verbal elements in pre-existing words or word-fragments, whether written or aural elements.

Tertullian was a neologian of the early Latin-speaking Christian church who coined many new words, including the very influential "trinitas" (transliterated into English as "Trinity").

Previsously called facebox. This is a sight often used by chavs to communicate on, or more commonly attempt to get 'cam fun'. The majority of this sight appear to be sad and desprate attempting to gain 'pik comments' and spending there whole time posting bulletins attempting to get them. Girls will genraly be succesful at this attaining many pervy comments while guys are less successful oparty due to girls bing less pervyy and more importantly its easyer for them to get whored by posting their own bulletin.

Neologism

Basically, a new word that comes into a language through creatively using that language. Borrowed words from other languages and dialects are not neologisms.

Ebonics: Ebony Phonics

Notice both ebony and phonics are 'english' words, these two words were creatively used to create a new english word.
