The act of withdrawing a commitment made to multiple people. This can be accomplished via: Red Phone, Text Message, Potential Amnesia, Disappearance, etc.

"Are we going to Moose's bbq today?"

"No, he cancelled his own bbq. He is totally moozing out on all of us right now."
