a Minke is one of the sweetest people on the planet and RADIATES happiness. She for some reason can NEVER stop laughing, and it's contagious too :). Hang out with her for ten minutes and you'll have about ten inside jokes. Quite popular, and though she doesn't believe it she DEFINITELY gives off 'main character vibes'.
