Below the speed limiter

This is an incredibly inconsiderate, incompetent, and sometimes dangerous driver who causes others behind her to have to hit their brakes to avoid running into her. She (or even he) may think that it's their job to dictate how fast traffic should be according to their stupidity, paranoia, and/or personal fear.

She was driving 45 miles per hour. Another stupid below the speed limiter.

A piece of in game accessory clothing of which has a limited variety, this term is often found in the platform of Roblox or other virtual character type games. These items often are re-sellable after all versions of the original product are sold, this leads to trading, and beneficial areas in making money (eg: buy for 100, sell for 200.)

Guy1: “Hey what are you buying?”
Guy2: “Oh, just a UGC Limited, I hope it will go up in value.”
