meaning; not a word, be quiet, stfu. dont say a word, stay silent.

some one asks you: why your late

and you reply : hhssssss wala kilma

Kilmarnock

A town in the west of scotland which has become over run by neds, junkies and crack whores.
on the face of it, kilmarnock looks like a nice place but dont let the flowers and friendly people fool you.
Kilmarnock is basicly quite cool(ish) but dont go out after 9 pm cause a jakeball is likely to try to knock you out.

Guy #1-'Let's go to kilmarnock'
Guy #2-'ummm, no let's not'
Guy #1-'your probubly right. it is, after all, past 9 pm.'
