Means when a nigga officially gives a white person their ghetto pass.The white person will now be accepted by all blacks and will be allowed to use the term "nigga".He will be allowed to date our black women, drink 40's, smoke blunts, hang in the hood,pitch stones etc..BUT if he fucks up at anytime his pass can be revoked.and his ass can be whipped
