Stands for "It Has Always Been Understood"

Used to pretend that something was obviously agreed upon when actually you never discussed it with anyone.

Typically used when a project manager has no clue what their project is about, has never shown any interest in it, and wakes up at the 11th hour all panicky because things don't work like they dreamt they would.
