Comes from the english word “hypocrite/ damocrat.” Can be described as a judgmental person, who is in the wrong for their beliefs. Can be someone like Hillary Clinton, bad and judgy.

“Hillary Clinton is a hypocrat.”
“You are a hypocrat for thinking that...”

(verb) when one attempts to point out numerous examples of another person or group's hypocrisy without ceasing, despite repeatedly ignoring one's own (or one's own group's) examples of hypocrisy in an effort to "win" a debate or argument.

Jane: Yeah, Bill is really all about hypocratization to "destroy" his opponent without ever really assessing his own faults or follies. This is really going to become the downfall of our society.

hypocrat

1. Someone who fulfills a superior and/or leadership position while having double standards for the people underneath them.
2. Someone who's superior position is held up by a double standard that excludes others from gaining that position.

"I may not have been honest with him, but that doesn't mean he can rifle through my stuff and kick me out! He's a total hypocrat!"
"Of course, Cherryl expect us to finish before deadline, but being the complete hypocrat she is, she can allow herself to drag her feet and present our combined efforts late to the higher ups!"
