Someone who has no knowledge on weather and tries to forecast it but ends up just thinking, “this will be fine it will do nothing” then they usually tell other people who don't know the weather at all that and then they parish due to another human’s idiocy.

Some dumb meteorologists are hopecasters.

Hypester

A person who follows public opinion, or hype, to fit in and appear culturally relevant, even if the hype goes against their interests or beliefs.

Hype: "I wanted to give him a horrible gift so I bought him Nickelback tickets."
Hypester: "Yeah I'd rather listen to nails across a blackboard before I heard one of their songs." But truly they have How You Remind Me on their personal playlist.

Hype: "I don't always listen to Nickelback, but when I do, I don't."
Person: "Yeah that stuff is the lamest, I will never listen to them even there was a gun to my head." But they listened to them on the radio earlier and jammed out.
