A type of inside voice reserved for places like pharmacies and clinics. Used primarily when discussing medical conditions and prescription medications with somebody to remain in compliance with HIPAA so that no one in earshot would be able to hear what is going on.

The pharmacist didn't use his hipaa voice when talking to that man about his blood pressure medication, so now he could be in trouble...
