The act of one vehicle repeatedly ass ramming another vehicle in a series of back and forth motions, typically caused by poor throttle control.

It looked like he lost control but really he was performing the Highlet Maneuver.

pertaining to when one is high/in a state of intoxication from recreational drugs, especially weed or ecstasy, and says many statements that are hilariously over exaggerated.

"Dude, I'm sooooooooo fucking warm and this car is sooooooo spacy, i feel like a scuba diver"

Sometimes abbreviated as "high as G.P.", this phrase can be used in general to describe anything that is very tall or high-positioned (physically). It is sometimes also used figuratively when describing being "high" (under the influence of a substance, i.e. marijuana).
