it seams this may be an Americanized pronounciation of the british "grotty", which means "of poor quality".

Pulling a Grody

Grodies are people who have a strong dislike for all forms authority, be it school, police, the government, their parents, or what have you. To Pull a Grody is to commit some sort of heinous act against a form of authority, usually in a violent manner, however violence is not necessarily a requirement.

"My idiot friend is out pulling a Grody by tossing molotov cocktails at police cars."

a gelatinous concentration of built up man mucus, usually expelled upon faces. The man suffering from this build up within his sack (also known as the groller) will actively seek a recipient depending on their orientation (also known as the grollee)
