Frumpy Munchkin

Male genitals in the flaccid state. Excess skin causes it to resemble a dwarf wearing an oversized trench coat, potato sack or loose sock. Thus giving it a frumpy appearance.

All was well and good at the public pool until the Frumpy Munchkin made an appearance and got my season pass revoked.

When a boy and girl are more than friends but less than a couple. This typically occurs in a camp setting when two individuals hang out with each other quite often. Occasionally, but not necessarily this may eventually take the form of a couple.
