Fresh Air Break

A way to say "ciggarette break" without your boss knowing that you're going to have a smoke. Especially useful in non-smoking environments. The term "fresh air" can also be used to mean "ciggarette" but is not typically necessary and doesn't sound right in most contexts.

Employee 1: I'm going out for a fresh air break
Boss: Ok, just be back in 15
Employee 2: (whisper) He doesn't know you mean you're going for a smoke?
Employee 1: (whisper) No! That's the point!

A person, usually on a construction site, who refuses to dress warmly in cold weather, and will only wear a t-shirt year round.

* Rusty walks by in a t shirt in -5 degree weather *

Mike: Hey, did you see rusty walk by in a t-shirt?

Lyle: Ya, I geuss he's the last of the fresh air boys

This can also can be used as a question to make fun of someone under-dressed...

Fresh Air Poisoning

An explanation for the current practice of parents keeping their kids inside all the time. These are the same kids who have allergies to everything because they have no immunity to anything. These kids are McChildren for the most part. This is also called grass poisoning and sunshine poisoning.

All these fat kids with allergies have suffered from fresh air poisoning.
