Some legal term that prescribes that when an individual makes any false representation to another, and that other individual goes ahead and acts based on this representation, the one who has made such representation shall afterwards not be allowed to set up what he said was false and to assert the real truth in place of the falsehood which has misled the other. I know it seems tough, try reading it again :-p

See the case of Central London Property Trust, Ltd. v. High Trees House Ltd. (1947) K.B. 130. The doctrine of estoppel was applied.

Estonia

OK for starters i say that i am an estonian and i read both definitions, one by "eestlaneeeee jeee" and the other by "NobodySpeshul". One of them is clearly Russian and the other Estonian. They represent 2 different extremities. The truth is somewhere in between. I know Estonians are happy with their little country, i'm not a Russian so not sure about them. But i say let's not fight, and if we hate each other so much and can't be friends, then we should at least leave each other alone. Thanks.

A system of education where females are in total authoritarian control. Usually a school system characterized by the superintendent, executive staff, and building principals comprised of all women. Men are the employed minority and usually hold subordinate positions.

Male teacher #1: Wow! This school we just got employed by is made up of all female administrators. How will we survive this environment?

Male teacher #2: We are in big trouble. I guess we will just have to accept the fact that this type of school is system of estrocation.
