A hermetically sealed world the alt-right, MAGATs, ammosexuals, RWNJs, neo-Nazis, etc go to to safely share their bile and hatred without having to deal with reason and pesky facts that undercut their hatred and prejudices.

Dustin Echoes

The only person badass enough to survive the destruction of Installation 04 without escaping. Not much is known about him, other than the fact that he is SO badass it doesn't even surprise Cortana or The Chief that he is still alive. He was mentioned at the end of the First Person Shooter video game "Halo", developed by Bungie Studios.

Also, the act of doing something incredibly kick ass or ballsy, similar to Leeroy Jenkins or Chuck Norris.

The rich psychotic jackass on the show Veronica Mars and is the son of two rich famous actors, who at first is the teenaged nemesis of Veronica Mars who would mouth off at people, beat up cars with a tyre iron, pick fights, run a reign of terror at Neptune High.

He softens when he falls for Veronica Mars, and becomes protective of her.

Veronica: "and don't forget Logan Echolls. Every school has a psychotic jackass. He's ours."
