Shortened form of ‘Day-For-It’. Generally used to suggest it is a good day for outdoor activity due to the weather conditions. Other forms can include morningfrit, lunchfrit, arvofrit, eveningfrit, nightfrit and more based on the time of day.

Mate: Wow, what great weather for a run!

The action of purposely getting lit during the daylight hours. ie. Completely ham smammered out of your gourd at a bar, church picnic, corporate function, ballgame or bathroom floor.
