When a person fakes a concussion to get out of things and get special treatment.

“We all know you have a cuntcussion you played in the game last night and there is no such thing as a minor concussion. You hit your head get over it, I know it’ll be hard to get over that bump on your forehead but mentally your fine.”

When you eat out too many girls in a short time frame, making yourself dizzy, you get a Cuntcussion

"Dude, why are you so dizzy?"
"I ate out 23 girls, so now I have a cuntcussion!"
