Counterpunch; a term used for someone who is submissive in starting something whether it be physically, verbally or anything else; meaning it usually takes someone/something else to start something up; shy, quiet being, or animal.

"Why doesn't James ever talk? We always have to bring up the conversations, he's such a counterpunch".
