Clock Block

A clock block is a customer or co-worker that asks you a question or distracts you right as you are about to clock off for the day.

"Hey I thought you already left."
"Yeah, some clock block asked me if we had any more 1 liter Diet Coke in the back."

Clock Block

Some schools have a time policy for professors which allows students to leave if the instructor does not arrive after a given amount of time. Clock Blocking is when a professor arrives just before this time expires.

It was 11:14 and we were so close to having class cancelled when Dr. Jones walked in and totaly clock blocked us.

Clock-block

When you try to play Playstation 3 on 1st of March 2010, and the hardware clock thinks it's a leap year, and that the date is 29th of February, the playstation clock-blocks you.
This is also the bug that caust the apocolyPS3 day.

"On 1st of March 2010, the Playstation 3 clock-blocked almost every Playstation 3 in the world"

Gamer #1: "Dude, I can't play on my PS3!"
Gamer #2: "Oh, you got the old PS3?! Well, it's clock-blocking everybody!"

(v) when somebody makes a reference as to question the current time, any/all people who overhear him/her immediately screen the view of the nearest time keeping device so as to prevent the questioner from obtaining the correct time of day.

I asked what time it was, and he totally clock blocked me.

When someone is sitting in class so that they block your view of the clock. You can't check the time without leaning over conspicuously and the teacher noticing
