Chickery is a common last name for small men. Short in height, large in width, tiny under the belt, and little emotional capacity. This name is popular for someone who likes to blame everyone else for their problems except for themselves. You do not want Chickery for a last name.

shabby chicanery

Hybrid term melding "shabby chic" and "chicanery."

shabby chic:
a style using worn and deteriorated items to achieve an elegant overall effect

chicanery:
trickery or deception by quibbling or sophistry

Shabby chicanery:
Constant failed attempts at using second-hand items in one's home decor to achieve a look of false elegance. Result is invariably much more Salvation Army than Apres-La-Guerre.

Another broke down La-Z-Boy? Enough with the shabby chicanery, already.
