1. When something is considered "overpowered", "too good", "OK", or "not terrible".

2. When it's not considered trashy.

Dude: Wolverine in Marvel Puzzle Quest doesn't seem that good for a four star character.

Brokenose

referring to girls who trip and fall; breaking there nose. Often seen as a caption to a Snapchat story after this girl breaks her nose. A "brokenose" will have broken their nose bone in a ridiculous or dumb way.
