A comment made about an African-American that is somehow related to their race and would be mundane/not worth mentioning were they white.

Sen. Joseph Biden (D-DE) made a blackhanded compliment about Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL), saying he is “the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy.”

I moved from my home town to a new neighborhood. Normally, I dont care about moving.

Blackaneese

To look Asian and Black at the same time. This phrase is mainly used in Idaho where people are confused by my dark skin and asian eyes.
