when someone uses this phrase, usually a group of guys or friends, they are implying that either one of the individuals has gotten in with the opposite sex. Its basically a congratulatory phrase used when a friend has received some action. It is meant to be said out loud and obnoxiously so that surrounding individuals know that your boy has received some action from a female counterpart.

Shizzle : Yo bro, I heard Beyanseh gave you some action last night, is this true?

Drizzy: yea man, we went all the way

These actions can be either positive or negative, but ultimately deserve the sort of reverence that only this term can convey. Often used between bros, this phrase is thought to have originated in Boston, but has since grown, and has been known to pop up in places as far-flung as Montreal and Vancouver.
