Anticlimax 

The opposite of a climax.
Girl- All that shit you were talking trying get laid, and this is what I get, a tiny little flaccid penis? I bet if it did get hard, it would be like three and a half inches. I shoulda called those guys I know to remove one of your kidneys.

Guy- I helped you reach the anticlimax your man couldn't make didn't I? I don't think you should take it for granted!

Girl- There wasn't anything exciting enough to emphasize with an exclamation point.

anticlimactic 

It describes a situation which has a fancy climax but with a simple ending. For example, if an author spend a whole page writing how he/she struggled to catch the fish and say in the end, "then I let the fish go," them it is anticlimactic.
The ending of this movie was very anticlimactic.

When someone like the Bantersaurus Rex, who usually displays an abundance of bantalicious banter says something that is expected to be exceptionally comical but ends up being particularly un-funny.

Sarcasm would be an example of being anticlimactic.
